On Park Avenue, inside Dubai International Financial Centre, just off Sheikh Zayed Road between Downtown Dubai and Trade Centre. Financial Centre Metro station on the Red Line is about five minutes away and the Gate District with DIFC's restaurants is a short walk. Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa are around eight minutes by car.

It is a 45-storey residential tower rising 160 m (525 ft). Construction started in March 2005 and it was completed in 2008, so it is a finished, long-occupied building rather than an off-plan project. Inside are 575 apartments: studios, then one-, two- and three-bed layouts, and seven penthouses at the top.

For the garden terraces threaded up through the tower — nine themed gardens through the building, plus a garden on the roof. They are part of the building's published design and are the reason for the name. Together with the pool, gym, play area and barbecue space they are what residents and guests actually use day to day.

We manage 35 apartments in the building: mostly studios, plus one- and two-bedroom apartments. Our studios run from around 530 sq ft with several over 800, the one-bedrooms from roughly 780 to 1,085 sq ft, and the two-bedrooms up to about 1,700 sq ft. Each listing above shows its own size, sleeping capacity and live price.

The cheapest studio is around AED 272 a night; larger apartments, higher floors, better views and peak season all push the figure up. The price shown against each apartment for your selected dates is the real, live rate — not an indicative figure that changes at checkout. Longer stays are priced lower per night.

Yes. A month at a time is one of the commonest ways people book here, especially for relocations and project postings, and the per-night cost drops noticeably at that length. Utilities, Wi-Fi, building access and housekeeping are handled. Send us your move-in date and how long you need and we will quote it.

Each apartment comes fully furnished: a proper kitchen, a living area separate from the sleeping space, fresh linen and towels, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a professional clean done before you arrive. Most have a balcony and floor-to-ceiling glass. Building facilities — pool, gym, gardens, play area, barbecue space, 24-hour security and concierge, covered parking — come with the stay.

Yes — the building has covered parking, and apartments come with an allocated bay. Tell us at booking if you are arriving in more than one car and we will confirm what is available for your dates.

Apartments are ready from 3:00 PM on arrival day, and we ask guests to leave by 11:00 AM on departure day. If the calendar allows, an earlier arrival or a later departure is usually possible — say so at the time of booking and we will do what we can. Dubai International is around 20 minutes from DIFC, so a late flight is no problem.

It works better than most people expect. The district is quiet and secure, it has one of the city's densest concentrations of good restaurants, bars and galleries, and it is one Metro stop from Downtown, Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. You get a central address without Downtown's nightly rates or its crowds, and the Red Line takes you to the beach or the airport without a car.

They are holiday-home apartments rather than hotel rooms, which means a full kitchen and living space, with hotel-style extras available rather than automatic. A professional clean is included before arrival, and housekeeping, extra linen, a cot or a foldable bed can be arranged during the stay — just ask.

Neither. Deluxe Holiday Homes is a holiday-home operator licensed by DET, and the apartments we let inside Sky Gardens are run for the individual owners who hold them. The developer, the owners' association and the letting agent of the building are separate parties with no stake in this site, which they have neither endorsed nor are affiliated with.

Yes, that is a large part of what we do. We hold the DET holiday-home permit and handle licensing and guest registration, listings and photography, dynamic pricing, guest vetting and check-in, housekeeping and linen, maintenance, and a monthly statement with every cost itemised. We are already operating in this building, which makes it straightforward. Send us the unit type and floor for a written proposal.
